All of our products carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

  1. We warrant our products for 6 Months under normal, non-commercial use. During the first ninety (90) days from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace any defective product.

  2. After ninety (90) days and up to 6 months of purchase, we will, subject to inspection, repair the defective battery pack or replace it with a new or reconditioned unit. The return must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is to be issued upon request, and must be shipped prepaid. A shipping rebate will be extended to the customer in the event that a defect in material or workmanship is confirmed.

  3. The warranty period is 6 months from the date of the original purchase. A replacement item, if sent, does not restart, or in any way extend the warranty period.

  4. If the customer refuses the shipment, they must pay for the original shipping charge, import fees that are incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to the factory and a 50% restocking fee may apply. All non-defective returns have to be in a new and resalable condition.

Return Authorization

All non-defective returns have to be in a new and resalable condition. please contact the customer service department and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, For your protection, we strongly recommend that you insure your return shipment against loss or damages and that you use a shipper that can provide you with proof of delivery.

Shipping & handling charges will be paid for by the customer on all exchanges after the 30 day period. ec-parts-shop.com reserves the right to add additional charges to cover other expenses (price increases, etc.) on all exchanges after the 30 day period.

Changes or Cancellations to your order cannot be accepted. A 50% restocking fee may apply.

Return Process

If you need to return something, please send an email to info@ec-parts-shop.com within 14 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return, you will then receive our email about the return information and address. We accept authorized returns within 30 days from receiving your order as long as the items are unused in the original packaging and in a resalable condition.

If the shipment is damaged in transit the customer must call the carrier for an inspection within 24 to 48 hours, we have to receive the confirmation from the carrier in order to issue a return authorization or send out a replacement.

Please note that for product returns, do NOT return it to our mailing address or our warehouse address - please email us for a return authorization BEFORE returning us the item(s) or a refund will not be received.

Please note that we inspect all our electronic components parts before we ship to our customers.
